Samuel Owade Muga
Managing Partner
Samuel is the Managing Partner of the Firm. He holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB Honours) from the University of Nairobi and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Studies from The Kenya School of Law. He is currently pursuing his Masters of Law (LLM) Degree in Public Finance and Financial Services Law at the University of Nairobi.
Samuel has a sharp legal mind and is reputed for keenness and efficiency in his solution-oriented practice.
Otieno Jack Okula
Head of Policy and Consultancy Department
Jack heads the Policy, Legislative Drafting and Consultancy Department.He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB Honours) from the University of Nairobi. He also holds a Postgraduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law; he is a member of the Chattered Institute of Arbitrators (ACIArb). He is currently pursuing Masters of Art Degree in Diplomacy at the University of Nairobi.
He has over ten years of experience and his interest areas include: Devolution and Constitutional Issues; Corporate Governance; Insurance Law; Legislative Development, Procedure and Drafting; Joint Ventures and other Commercial Transactions as well as Human Rights and the Law.
Claire Kerubo Kimang’a
Associate
Claire is an Associate in the Firm. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB Honours) from the University of Nairobi. She also holds Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Studies from the Kenya School of Law.
She has extensive experience in legal research and legal drafting on Commercial Litigation & Dispute Resolution, Intellectual Property Law, Information, Communication & Technology Law, Real Estate Development & Construction Law. Claire has excellent client handling skills and client care, she also has key understanding of the Kenyan Legal framework and justice system.
Claire is a highly motivated and hardworking team builder in the firm.
Wanjiku Loggy Njambi
Office Administrator
Loggy holds a Diploma in Business Management as well as a Certificate in Business
Management. She is an excellent and consummate Administrator with ability to work with minimal supervision. She has a customer-centric focus and implements the Firm’s revolutionary initiatives.
Loggy is a great utility to the Firm and she is creative in discharging her mandate as the Firm’s Administrator. With the substantial knowledge she has gained in her work, Loggy implements communication strategies and policies in the Firm, coordinates Corporate
Sheryl Edwina Atieno Otieno
Intern
Sheryl is an Intern in the firm and the most recent addition to the team. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB Honours) from the University of Nairobi. She also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Studies from the Kenya School of Law. Sheryl is a highly motivated, resilient, proficient and efficient lawyer awaiting admission to the Bar.
Sheryl is dependable in Conveyancing, Commercial Law, Intellectual Property Law, Probate and Administration, Legal Research, Legal drafting, Analytical skills, has passion for Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) with specific emphasis on negotiation, mediation and conciliation, Computer Proficiency and she executes her mandates without delays.
